Rua do Lido is a quiet street located at the top of the beautiful village of Monte Estoril

What We Offer

Building 5A and 5B are a pair of identical properties with a common entrance gate. Free parking is available at the front of the property. The property has two elevators and outdoor gardens shaded by a large eucalyptus tree.

The apartment comprises a separate Bedroom, Living room, Kitchen and Bathroom.

The kitchen includes; sink, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Iron and ironing board provided. A selection of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are also provided. TV and WiFi are also included free of charge.

The property can accomodate 2 guests as maximum and no animals.

  • The apartment is equipped with appliances necessary for your stay; Clothes Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Cooker (Stove), Hob, Coffee Machine, microwave, kettle and a set of dishes and cutlery.

    Cleaning apparatus is also provided; Vacuum, Broom and Brush.

  • The apartment is equipped with electricity, water, gas and internet.

    WIFI DETAILS ARE IN THE APARTMENT.

    We ask all guests to use utilities responsibily and efficiently.

    The isolation valves and meters for the water, gas and electricity are located outside in the corridor.

    If you are leaving the apartment for an extended period, please tell us and close the water valve (Agua).

  • The apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector.

  • The guest is responsible for taking the rubbish from the apartment to the receptacle.

    There is a black general rubbish container on the street in front of the apartment.

    For recycling there are Yellow (Plastic & Metal), Blue (Paper) and Green (Glass) receptacles located at Largo Ostende roundabout (150m).

  • We provide one set of keys for the apartment building front door and one for the apartment. Portuguese doors lock on shutting so you must have your keys with you at all times. The apartment front door key is of a special rectangular form and cannot be copied.

  • The apartment has been thoroughly cleaned for guests before arrival. The apartment should be returned in the same condition otherwise additional cleaning charge will be applied.

    The apartment is a smoke free and animal free zone.

    Portuguese plumbing is not very good so it is essential that any hair is regularly removed from the shower drains, or the showers will flood.

    The wood floors should just be swept with a brush, please do not use water or chemicals of any sort.
